What’s Not Covered in Warranty:
* Scratches, dents, and gradual changes in fabric are considered normal wear and tear.
* Damage resulting from accidents or improper use is not covered.
* Any repairs or modifications performed without our approval will void the warranty.
* Discomfort or dissatisfaction with the chair, without any discernible defects, is not covered.
* Once a part’s warranty period has expired, it is no longer covered.
